Dolce far niente - the art of doing nothing. You can be super driven, hard working & still excel at this. For me it means 5 times a day for 5 minutes, do nothing & stay in detached awareness.

1) it gets me in touch with my inner voice which has always been my # 1 guide at work or otherwise
2) it helps my system slow down which does wonders for my mental & physical health.
