Celebrating over 20 years serving the Lower Manhattan and Battery Park City communities, the Downtown Connection is New York City’s only free circulator bus service. The Downtown Connection features five state-of-the-art buses offering free service across Lower Manhattan and Battery Park City, each with seating for 22 passengers. All buses are
easily identifiable by their red color and Downtown Connection branding.
With easy access to subway lines, bus routes and ferries, the Downtown Connection is the most convenient way to explore Lower Manhattan’s businesses, shops, restaurants and attractions. Bus rides are free, so hop on and off as often as you’d like.
Daily service starts at 10 a.m. and ends with a final run at 7:30 p.m.
