1. Norton's show: the tone and format, are unbeatable. People really come alive and seem genuinely to be having a fun, fun time.

4. I was in a Thai restaurant once and it said on the menu: Habitually Drunk Chicken (I'm guessing they mean marinated chicken 😄)

7. German type sexual harassment is stewed pork trotters. Cantonese has a metaphor where people who try to touch others inappropriately and stuff are said to have "salty pork hands."
8. In British talk shows the guests are the stars of the show. In American talk shows the host always thinks of themselves as the star of the show.
9. Whenever I'm feeling a bit down, I invariably go on a marathon of Graham Norton clips, and my four constants are Jamie Dornan's walk, James McAvoy and Mark Ruffalo unicycling, Greg Davies' story, and this. NEVER fails to make me die laughing
10. The first one is sausage in dough, trust me I speak Russian
11. "Stanley, you'd know, what wine goes with that?" (Literally dying, can't get the words out) "I don't know... I don't know!"
12. Don't really think anyone can top Graham Norton as a host.  He just does it right... every time.
13. In my home country (Perú) there was a menu that said "She Came in Bottle" as in... "Vino en Botella" referring to a bottle of wine. Still cracks me up when I think about it.
