The point of the video is to demonstrate that social constructs are what keep us divided, and that we should not continue putting labels on each other because they are temporary and meaningless.
Depending on your current perspective, you may have more in common with someone you don't like than you may have realized simply by switching boxes (aka mental constructs).
So for example, if you enjoy arguing with people online, it may be because you have a false idea of who they really are. Maybe in real life you might actually get along with the same people under different circumstances.
This video is there to remind people to stop with the "black and white", all or nothing, rigid, "us versus them" narrative.
