The Seduction Scene

North by Northwest
The line she says is: "I never make love on an empty stomach"
The censors made them dub in "discuss" for "make" in post production.
If
you look closely you can see her mouth saying the original line.
A gem in movie history.
Hitchcock uses his sardonic wit to describe his 1950s suspense classic.

Selected as one of the top 50 American films of all time by the
prestigious American Film Institute, and considered by many critics to
be Hitchcock's greatest film, this fast-paced thriller stars
Oscar-winner Cary Grant as a
Madison Avenue advertising exec who is mistaken for someone else and
kidnapped by a group of international spies, headed by James Mason. After a hair-raising escape, he is framed for a
murder he didn't commit and goes on the run with the lovely Eva Marie
Saint.
Famous for a wild plane attack and a harrowing chase across the faces of Mount Rushmore, this is quintessential Hitchcock .
With Academy Award-winner Martin Landau as Mason's evil henchman, this film is the rare combination of action, suspense and humor.

-05:03 = "The Knife"
-05:48 = "Conversation Piece"
-07:46 = "The Station"
-08:34 = "The Crash"

-11:15 = "The Gates"
-11:51 = "The Stone Faces"
-13:11 = "On The Rocks"
-14:11 = "Finale"
It sets the stage for the whole film as soon as the lines start to take the shape of windows of the side of building and traffic builds. It covers everything about this Hitchcock masterpiece. It is fitting that Herrmann’s masterwork should be covering the film. It even has a memorable soft like forest theme for the love interest. The score is at its best when the stakes are the highest though whether it be driving under the influence by an ocean cliff or on top of Mount Rushmore.
